Welcome to the Online Scheduling Site for SIU Carbondale

Online scheduling provides the campus community a tool to view space availability and schedule space for your campus events.


As a precaution, SIU had adjusted it's calendar of events for Spring and Summer 2020 and while we are planning for fall, those details are to-be-determined. We are exercising the utmost caution and taking responsible action to help ensure the health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and community members.

Phase four of the Restore Illinois Plan went into effect on Friday, June 26. While this eases some of the event restrictions the state required in phase three, SIU has chose to move more slowly in order to ensure all our safety protocols are in place. Therefore, the university is not hosting or sponsoring events of more than 10 people until further notice. All events regardless of size will require advance approval via the Chancellor's Office before they are promoted and held. Event sponsors will need to submit a plan outlining the precautions that will be taken to protect the safety of participants at least two weeks before the event is scheduled to take place. Please work with the event space you are hosting your event to get this plan submitted.

To Create an Account/Schedule an Event:
You must have an online scheduling account before requesting a space for your event. First time users must first request an account. An email will be sent once the account has been approved. Once you have an account, select My Home and sign-in. To request an account, click My Home and then click Request an Account.

To request space in the Academic Classrooms, Morris Library, Student Recreation Center, or Student Center, you must be a representative of a campus department, a certified officer in a Registered Student Organization (RSO), or a member of an off-campus organization (some facilities do not allow off-campus organizations). To request space in University Housing, you must be a Housing staff member or representative of a Housing organization.

To View Scheduled Events:
Go to the left hand side of the screen under Browse and select Events. You can add specific filters via the Add Filter button to filter by location, room, customer name, and event name and event type.
