Welcome to the Online Scheduling Site for SIU Carbondale

Online scheduling provides the campus community a tool to view space availability and schedule space for your campus events.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 

As a precaution, SIU had adjusted its calendar of events. We are exercising the utmost caution and taking responsible action to help ensure the health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and community members.

University sponsored gatherings are allowed with the appropriate approval in compliance with university guidelines and the state's Restore Illinois Plan based on event numbers (if any) that are allowable at the time. Event sponsors are expected to have an approved plan that incorporates social distancing and other safety protocols. Approval is required for all on-campus and off-campus events sponsored by the university. To request approval, submit the COVID-19 Event Approval Form at least two weeks before the event. Events will not be promoted until they are approved, so early submission is encouraged. In order to protect the health and safety of the university community, external groups may not rent or use university facilities at this time. Also at this time, classroom spaces are not available for meeting use for Registered Student Organizations.

To Create an Account/Schedule an Event:
You must have an online scheduling account before requesting a space for your event. First time users must first request an account. An email will be sent once the account has been approved. Once you have an account, select My Home and sign-in. To request an account, click My Home and then click Request an Account.

For help creating an account or scheduling an event, please follow the tutorial found here 

To request space in the Academic Classrooms, Morris Library, Student Recreation Center, or Student Center, you must be a representative of a campus department, a certified officer in a Registered Student Organization (RSO), or a member of an off-campus organization (some facilities do not allow off-campus organizations). To request space in University Housing, you must be a Housing staff member or representative of a Housing organization.

To View Scheduled Events:
Go to the left hand side of the screen under Browse and select Events. You can add specific filters via the Add Filter button to filter by location, room, customer name, and event name and event type.
